Terms and Conditions
Reservations & Payments: A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Full payment is due at the commencement of service. Overtime will be billed in 30-minute increments at the vehicle's standard hourly rate. A minimum 2-hour reservation is required for all bookings. Cash only. Payment is collected at pickup.
Gratuity: All rides include a mandatory 15% gratuity.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any charge. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the total fare. No-shows will be charged the full fare.
Wait Time Policy: Standard pickups: 10-minute grace period; after that, $1.50/minute. Airport pickups: 30 minutes (domestic) or 1 hour (international) grace; after that, $1.50/minute. Extra stops: $15 per stop (must be pre-arranged).
Passenger Conduct: No smoking ($200 fine). Alcohol with pre-approval only. No illegal substances.
Damage & Cleaning Fees: You break it, you pay it. Minimum $200 cleaning fee for spills, vomit, etc.
Pets & Special Requests: No pets unless pre-approved. All special requests must be cleared in advance.
Liability: We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or mechanical issues. We are not liable for lost personal items.
Route Changes: Must be approved in advance. May incur additional fees.
